**💼 Who We Need — A Sales/Marketing Co-Founder**

You're not just a marketer. You’re a dealmaker. A builder. A B2B growth
assassin who lives and breathes Web3.

We’re looking for someone to own and drive the sales and marketing function:
from lead gen and pipeline building to closing deals and managing
partnerships.

This is a co-founder role. You’ll be in the trenches with us—building
something huge, from scratch. If you're hungry for ownership, upside, and
impact, this is your call.

**🧠 What You’ll Do**

* Own the full B2B sales cycle — from outreach to closing deals, **OR** Generating high-quality leads to be closed by the founder
* Build and refine sales funnels and workflows using automation tools
* Develop key brand partnerships and identify new verticals (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, etc.)
* Lead outbound and inbound efforts via X, email, and Web3 communities
* Create compelling B2B marketing material and pitch decks
* Optimize the onboarding pipeline for new clients
* Drive revenue and help us hit PMF faster

**🎯 You’re a Fit If You…**

* Have 2–5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in tech or Web3
* Have worked with Web3 projects, founders, or DAOs
* Know your way around Web3 growth tools, community, and lingo
* Are relentless with outreach, creative in deal-making, and strong in follow-through
* Can operate solo but think like a team
* Want to earn through performance and equity, not salary
* Want to own and scale a major part of a real Web3 product

**💸 Compensation**

* Equity + Token Allocation + Commission/Rev Share (paid directly from closed deals)
* No base salary until funding or stable revenue
