**Role Overview**
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Director of Marketing to
lead our direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth strategy and position TryEve.co as a
market leader in the telehealth space. This role requires an experienced
marketing leader who thrives in a startup environment, understands SEO, paid
social (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), influencer marketing, and creative
direction, and can build and manage an overseas team to scale our business.

related products and a proven track record of launching and scaling brands
through digital channels, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities**
**Develop & Execute Growth Strategy**
* Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for DTC expansion, driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
* Own and optimize SEO, paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads), and influencer partnerships.
* Oversee the brand’s creative direction, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms.
* Utilize data analytics to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.
**Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition**
* Scale Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid acquisition channels to drive cost-effective user growth.
* Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels for maximum ROI.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
**SEO & Content Strategy**
* Develop and execute an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
* Work closely with content creators and agencies to develop high-quality, conversion-driven content.
* Implement a data-driven approach to content marketing, using analytics to inform decisions.
**Project Management & Team Leadership**
* Recruit, manage, and lead an international team of designers, copywriters, media buyers, and marketing specialists.
* Oversee marketing operations, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
* Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and performance in a remote-first environment.
**Brand & Community Building**
* Develop a strong brand voice and engaging community presence through social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
* Lead influencer collaborations and ambassador programs to grow brand trust and awareness.
**Requirements**
* 5+ years of experience in DTC marketing for a telehealth, healthtech, or wellness brand.
* Proven success in scaling digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing).
* Strong analytical skills—ability to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.
* Hands-on experience with project management and leading remote teams.
* Deep understanding of customer psychology, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
* Experience with creative direction and brand storytelling.
* Entrepreneurial mindset—thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
