**Company Description** EstateSpace is a vertical AI platform designed to
manage and optimize physical assets for clients across family offices, private
equity, real estate, financial institutions, and wealth management. Built in
collaboration with leading experts from these sectors, the platform focuses on
streamlining complex asset portfolios and enhancing decision-making through
data-driven insights. EstateSpace aims to bring transparency, control, and
efficiency to asset management, supporting both advisors and asset owners. The
company is innovation-driven and continually evolves its technology to meet
the needs of sophisticated financial and real estate environments. Additional
information about the platform and its services can be found at

**About the Opportunity**
EstateSpace gives family offices, estate management firms, and financial
advisory practices one shared, verified record for managing real estate, art,
vehicles, vessels, aircraft, and the vendors and documents tied to them,
instead of scattered spreadsheets. We're entering our next phase of growth,
and we're looking for a CTO to lead our technology and engineering
organization - scaling the product, evolving the platform, and building the
team and systems to move fast as we grow.
**The Role**
You'll own technology end to end: architecture, infrastructure, security, and
AI strategy. You report to the CEO and work closely with the CRO, CSSO, and VP
of AI & Data Science. You'll set the technical direction, stay hands-on
writing and reviewing code as needed and build the senior team around you.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Own the technology strategy and architecture, from design through delivery.
• Evolve the platform and deliver the product roadmap on an ambitious
timeline.
• Design an AI-native architecture that lets a lean team ship continuously.
• Establish modern engineering practices - CI/CD, automated testing,
monitoring, and incident response.
• Partner with the CSSO to keep the platform secure and compliant.
• Set technical strategy and turn it into a roadmap the team can execute.
• Travel periodically to our HQ and other locations for offsites and
leadership meetings.
**Required Qualifications**
• 15+ years in platform and product engineering, including hands-on ownership
of architecture, services, and delivery for a multi-tenant SaaS platform at
meaningful scale.
• 5+ years in a technical leadership role, managing distributed engineering
teams.
• Led a comparable platform modernization end to end, including CI/CD
buildout, automated testing and deployment.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS or comparable), modern
frontend/backend frameworks, and mobile delivery.
• Security-first approach, with experience keeping a platform compliant
through major technical change.
• History of establishing AI-forward development and AI-native workflows
across teams.
**Preferred Experience**
• Wealth management, real estate, or another high-trust, high-touch enterprise
domain.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
hands-on experience.
**Benefits**
• Base salary: $300,000–$350,000, based on experience.
• Meaningful equity.
• Performance-based bonus tied to individual and company goals.
• Medical, dental, and vision; 401(k); disability and life insurance;
unlimited PTO.
• We are not able to sponsor employment visas at this time
**Equal Opportunity Employer**
EstateSpace is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified
applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual
orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability,
genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by
applicable law.
**Salary**
* $300,000 - $350,000 per year
