**About the Role**
You’ll join as a founding member of the U.S. team, partnering with enterprise
customers to lead business transformation initiatives from strategy through
execution. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, you’ll connect AI
capabilities to tangible business outcomes, drive adoption across complex
organizations, and help ensure transformational change delivers lasting
impact. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving ambiguous business
problems, influencing senior stakeholders, and building alongside an early-
stage company with significant momentum.
**Qualifications**
* 4–8 years of experience in management consulting, enterprise transformation, or deployment strategy roles.
* Experience at MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), Big 4 consulting firms, or AI-native deployment organizations such as Palantir, Sierra, or Decagon strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated experience working with retail, CPG, or FMCG enterprises.
* Strong executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with C-suite stakeholders.
* Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives and driving organizational change.
* Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with evolving processes and high ownership expectations.
* Business-first mindset with a focus on outcomes, adoption, and measurable impact.
**Compensation & Logistics**
* **Compensation: $200K–$250K Base + 0.05%–0.25% Equity**
