products designed to save users time, save them money, and help them stand up
to large corporations and government bureaucracy.
What began as a simple chatbot to contest parking tickets has grown into a
powerful platform of automated tools. Today, DoNotPay helps users negotiate
bills, cancel gym memberships, appeal bank fees, and tackle hundreds of other
everyday challenges.
### The Role
The Product Engineer role is a blend of product strategy and hands-on
development. We're looking for a self-starter who not only understands our
mission and products but also brings the vision and execution skills to shape
them. The ideal candidate combines strong technical ability with product
intuition, and thrives in taking ownership from concept to launch.
### How We Work
This is a highly collaborative role. You’ll work closely with designers,
engineers, and our customer service team—acting as the central hub for
feedback, insights, and execution. You’ll be directly involved in shaping
features based on real user needs, ensuring what we build truly makes a
difference. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to move fast, own
their impact, and build products that matter.
