**The Role**

We’re hiring a Senior React Engineer to lead the architecture of our dynamic
application rendering systems. This isn’t typical frontend work—you’ll design
the primitives, rendering pipelines, and interaction patterns that allow
others to generate entire applications. If you enjoy complex systems, deep UI
architecture, and building from first principles, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll have broad influence across the stack: designing a schema-driven UI
engine, building a high-performance component runtime, and shaping how user-
defined logic becomes real, working software. The work is highly technical and
fast-moving, suited for people who want to stretch themselves and have
meaningful impact.

**Requirements**

* Based in the United States or Canada only
* 7+ years of professional experience building production-grade applications
* 4+ years professional experience with React and modern frontend ecosystems
* Deep understanding of frontend architecture, component systems, and application design patterns
* Experience building complex interactive systems (page builders, design tools, dashboards, editors, or schema-driven UIs are a plus)
* Strong full-stack engineering skills, ideally with Laravel/PHP or similar backends
* Skilled with database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

**Benefits**

* Base cash compensation $160,000 – $200,000 USD, depending on experience
