🚀 AI Engineer - LLM/RAG for Enterprise Compliance Platform
Devotrix Inc is hiring for an exciting client project building an **AI-powered
enterprise compliance platform** for financial institutions.
Location: **Remote (Applicants from Bangladesh only)**
Position: **Full-time**
Compensation: **110,000-140,000+ BDT (flexible for exceptional fit)**
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced **AI Engineer** with expertise in **Large
Language Models (LLMs)** and **Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)** to
design, implement, and productionize AI-powered features for regulated
financial environments.
This role involves developing RAG pipelines, prompt/tooling workflows, and
evaluation frameworks that ensure financial-grade accuracy, reliability, and
compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* RAG Pipelines: Design and implement document chunking, indexing, retrieval, and re-ranking across regulated datasets using PostgreSQL/pgvector and Azure Cognitive Search.
* LLM Services: Build LLM-powered APIs for classification, summarization, extraction, and chat using Azure OpenAI.
* Prompt & Guardrails: Develop robust prompt templates, tool/function calling logic, and implement guardrails for PII redaction, policy adherence, and toxicity filtering.
* Evaluation & Observability: Create offline/online evaluation harnesses to track quality, drift, hallucination, and maintain observability dashboards.
* Collaboration: Work with Backend and Frontend teams to expose AI features via secure APIs and integrate with UX workflows.
* Automation & CI/CD: Maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI model assets, RAG pipelines, and evaluation systems ensuring reproducibility.
* Documentation: Maintain detailed records of architecture, experiments, and compliance considerations.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years building production-grade LLM/NLP systems.
* Technical: Proficiency in Python; experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom RAG implementations.
* Hands-on with pgvector, Azure Cognitive Search, or vector databases like Pinecone/Qdrant.
* Strong skills in integrating Azure OpenAI, building prompt-driven workflows, and function/tool-calling.
* Experience in testing and evaluating AI models - golden sets, A/B tests, regression, and guardrails.
* Solid understanding of security, privacy, and risk management in financial or regulated domains.
Nice-to-Have
* Knowledge of re-ranking methods (e.g., BM25 + cross-encoder) and semantic caching.
* Experience with model fine-tuning, adapters (LoRA), and domain adaptation.
* Familiarity with regulatory taxonomies and financial compliance workflows.
* Experience with document OCR, content extraction pipelines, or Azure hybrid search setups.
