Weβre building operational superintelligence and looking for a Full Stack
Engineer to build reliable systems for high-stakes enterprise environments.
This is not a role for building isolated features or polished demos. It is
about building systems that hold up under real-world pressure.
You will work across the stack to design and deliver products that directly
interface with complex operational systems. The goal is not just functionality
β it is resilience, clarity, and speed in environments where failure is not an
option.
What you will work on:
You will design and build end-to-end systems that integrate deeply into
enterprise operations. This includes frontend interfaces for decision-making,
backend systems that orchestrate workflows, and infrastructure that ensures
reliability at scale.
The work is not clean. You will deal with incomplete requirements, fragmented
systems, and environments that were not designed to work together. The goal is
to create clarity where none exists and build systems that perform under
pressure.
What we are looking for:
1. 3 to 8 years of experience in full stack engineering roles.
2. Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React or equivalent).
3. Strong backend experience (Node.js, Python, or similar).
4. Experience designing and building scalable, production-grade systems.
5. Comfort working across databases, APIs, and distributed systems.
6. Ability to move fast while maintaining high standards of quality.
7. Strong ownership and ability to operate without structured playbooks.
8. Can mentor junior engineers, lead thoughtful code reviews, and help raise the engineering bar across the team (and Agents!!)
What matters most:
We are not looking for engineers who have only built in controlled
environments. We are looking for builders who understand that real systems are
messy and unpredictable.
You should be able to take a vague problem, structure it, and build something
that works in production. This requires judgment, taste, and the ability to
make trade-offs under constraints.
The bar is intentionally high. The problems are complex, the environments are
unforgiving, and the expectation is to build systems that people depend on
every day.
Note: This role requires the candidate to be based in the San Francisco Bay
Area, United States. Occasional travel may be expected.
