Apply**About Us**
Consumer Opportunity (“CO”) is a customer acquisition company that helps its
clients convert unconverted leads into active, paying customers at superior
price/performance. CO’s proprietary turnkey platform ingests leads and runs
AI-orchestrated multi-channel campaigns (voice, email, and SMS), featuring a
hybrid AI + human voice system that combines automation at scale with human
empathy when needed. By integrating powerful voice capabilities (AI and human)
into the media mix alongside digital channels, CO disrupts both the
traditional BPO call center market and conventional digital customer
acquisition platforms, delivering higher conversions, lower costs, and
superior economics. CO enables clients to unlock dormant leads, expand their
customer base, and drive revenue growth without building internal outbound
teams.
We are mid-pivot from a human-led call center with AI tooling to a fully
orchestrated, multi-channel revenue machine where AI and human agents work the
same pipeline. The Head of Product owns making that transformation real.
**The Role**
You will own the product function end-to-end. Today, product is run by the
CEO. You are being hired to take that over: roadmap, prioritization, PRDs,
execution oversight, and outcomes. The CEO will be heavily involved during
your ramp and progressively hands-off as you earn ownership.
This is not a discovery-and-research product role. Our "users" are our own
revenue operations, and the work is unusually tangible: every product decision
shows up in dollars, transfer rates, conversion yield, cost per acquisition,
agent efficiency, contact rates, channel ROI. You'll get to watch the systems
you build move those numbers quarter over quarter, with a directness most
product roles never offer.
**What you 'll own**
* Voice Agent Platform: our AI voice agent platform for autonomous outbound calling
* Call Intelligence Platform: our call intelligence platform (transcription, analysis, agent coaching, revenue analytics)
* Lead Processing Platform: our lead intake and routing engine, processing ~300K leads per week
* Multi-Channel Orchestration (in development): the unifying layer that will seamlessly coordinate outreach across AI voice, SMS, and email, for both human agents and AI agents
**How we build**
We build with a small technical team augmented heavily by AI-assisted
development, which means good ideas reach production in days rather than
quarters. You'll write detailed PRDs that AI coding agents and engineers
execute against, and review their output critically. Comfort directing AI-
assisted development workflows is a major advantage.
**Who You Are**
_Required:_
* 6-10+ years in product, with at least 3 years owning revenue-attached systems, not engagement metrics, not NPS. You can talk fluently about how your product decisions moved dollars.
* Strong expertise in developing software with AI coding tools
* You can hold your own in technical conversations, system architecture, API design tradeoffs, model selection for AI features, without being an engineer.
* Strong data fluency. You write your own SQL, define your own metrics, and audit your own dashboards. You don't wait for an analyst.
* You've operated in scrappy, resource-constrained environments where you were the product org, not a node in one.
_Strong pluses:_
* Familiarity with AI voice platforms (Retell, Vapi, Bland, Smallest.ai, LiveKit) or LLM-powered product development.
* Experience in customer acquisition (digital, call center, etc.)
* TCPA/TSR/10DLC familiarity
You'll thrive here if:
* You want to be the product org, not manage one. No layers, full ownership, your hands directly on the work.
* You'd rather ship weekly and learn from production than run long discovery cycles.
* You want your impact measured directly in revenue.
* You see compliance as a design constraint you build into the system, not a department you hand off to.
**Compensation & Equity**
* Base salary $180K–$250K depending on experience.
* Equity via Profits Interest Units (PIUs). PIUs give you participation in company value above a set hurdle, with distribution rights.
* Potential for performance-based distribution participation discussed during the offer process.
**Process**
* Intro call with the CEO (30 min)
* Deep-dive interview: revenue systems and product judgment (60–90 min)
* Technical judgment screen with our technical co-founder (60 min)
* Work sample (~4–6 hours): a real, sanitized problem from our orchestration roadmap.
* You'll present a diagnosis and 90-day plan.
* Finalist conversations with the founding team
**Offer**
We move fast. The full process takes 2–3 weeks for strong candidates.
