**Fully Remote – Full Stack Senior Software Engineer – Full Time**

**What we’re looking for:**

We’re a small team (4 people, hiring our 5th) transitioning from a services-
heavy model into building our own products. That means there’s a lot of
variety in the work, and we’re looking for someone able to learn new things
quickly and experiment as we figure things out. We value adaptability,
curiosity, and a willingness to pick up new tools and approaches as needed.
Most of what you’ll work on will be web-based products, but the exact mix of
projects may shift as we grow.

**Details:**

* Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000/year
* Benefits: $6,000/year healthcare stipend, 15 days PTO + 7 sick days, 10 paid holidays
* Location: Fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates in UT, TX, or AZ
* Employment: Full-time W2

**Hiring process:**

* 15 minute intro call
* 30-minute interview with light technical discussion and time for you to evaluate us
* 2–3 hour take-home exercise, which may be waived for a strong portfolio piece
* Paid 5 day trial at $400/day
