CoBuy is transforming how people achieve homeownership together. We're seeking
an architect-level partner to build the future of our platform. This is a
foundational, equity-rich co-founder role for a proven technical leader.
Our mission is to make shared homeownership simpler, safer, and a smarter
investment. We have a live SaaS platform (Co-ownerOS™) with paying Beta
customers and a history of deep domain expertise, backed by a grant from the
Algorand Foundation.
The timing is critical. We have undeniable, recent market validation:
* **Pre-Launch Traction:** Multiple co-buyer groups have already pre-paid for our upcoming August platform expansion.
* **Engaged Waitlist:** A waitlist of over 2,100 co-buyers is ready for this launch.
* **Strong Backing:** We are closing a $300k bridge round and are supported by international angel investors with deep expertise in Real Estate, Finance, Product, Blockchain, and Government.

### **The Role: What You 'll Do**
* **Own the Stack:** Take complete ownership of our technical vision, architecture, and roadmap (Node/Express/TS, React, PostgreSQL, Algorand).
* **Ship with Impact:** Own and launch our game-changing "Co-buyer Route" feature, directly unlocking our largest market segment.
* **Build the Future:** Architect and build the next generation of features, including B2B integrations and APIs for the mortgage and insurance industries.
* **Lead & Mentor:** Grow and lead the future engineering organization, establishing a culture of excellence and high-velocity execution.

* You are a proven, hands-on, full-stack architect or senior engineer with significant experience building and scaling web applications.

### **The Offer & Our Process**
This is a true co-founder opportunity. The compensation is heavily weighted
towards equity, reflecting the foundational nature of the role.
* **Significant Co-Founder Equity (10-15%)**
* **Post-Bridge Stipend:** A cash stipend of ~$13.5k/month ($162k/year) for the first 6 months, starting upon the close of our current $300k bridge round.
* **Paid Work Trial:** We respect your time and believe in proving mutual fit. Final candidates will participate in a paid 3-5 day work trial to work on a real, contained project alongside our team.
