**What You’ll Do**
Architect and build scalable systems that power thousands of simultaneous,
real-time AI voice conversations.
Collaborate directly with founders to push the limits of what “voice AI” can
be — from low-latency audio streaming to dynamic prompt orchestration.
Design APIs, data models, and infrastructure that allow our voice agents to
learn, adapt, and improve autonomously.
Own features end-to-end — from concept to deployment — and ship fast.
Work with a high-velocity, high-standards team that values clarity, precision,
and creative engineering.
**Who You Are**
A product-minded engineer with deep curiosity about AI, communication, and
human-computer interaction.
5+ years of experience building production systems (Node.js, TypeScript,
Python, or Go preferred).
Comfortable across backend, infrastructure, or full-stack work — we love
generalists who love to build.
Experience with modern cloud (AWS), async event systems, and APIs.
Someone who thrives on ownership, momentum, and building things that actually
ship.
