conversational voice agents that handle phone calls, web chat, lead
qualification, and appointment booking and scheduling — without writing code.
We power agents for property managers, nonprofits, hospitality groups, field
service companies, medical offices and telemedicine providers, and a growing
network of resellers and consultants.|
**About the role**
We're hiring a Solutions Engineer to be the bridge between our customers and
the platform. You'll partner with prospects during sales conversations,
onboard new customers through their first 30 days, support our reseller
channel, and feed real-world friction back into the product roadmap. You'll
work directly with the founders and have real ownership of customer outcomes.
**What you'll do**
* Run technical demos and discovery calls with prospects
* Design agent configurations for new customers — prompts, knowledge bases, voice selection, custom voice creation, webhook integrations, automation tool integrations, phone routing, agent-to-agent handoffs, human transfer rules, multilingual support, and post-call workflows
* Onboard customers end-to-end: initial agent build, voice selection, integration setup, go-live
* Support resellers and consultants configuring Brilyi agents for their own client portfolios
* Build webhook integrations connecting Brilyi to customer CRMs, calendars, and ticketing systems
* Build automation workflows using Zapier, Power Automate, Make, and similar platforms to connect Brilyi agents into customer tech stacks
* Troubleshoot issues across the stack — telephony, webhooks, configuration
* Write playbooks, configuration templates, and customer-facing documentation
* Surface patterns from customer work back into product priorities
**What we're looking for**
* 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar)
* Hands-on expertise with workflow automation platforms — Zapier, Power Automate, Make (Integromat), or similar
* Comfortable building integrations — REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, basic scripting
* Strong written and verbal communication; you can explain a webhook payload to a non-technical operator without losing them
* Genuinely curious about where LLMs and voice AI work well — and where they don't
* Self-directed; early-stage startup, no hand-holding
**Bonus**
* Hands-on experience with the Brilyi platform
* Experience with Twilio, Vonage, Plivo, Telnyx, or other programmable voice / CPaaS platforms
* Background in one of our verticals (property management, nonprofits, hospitality, field services, healthcare)
* Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance considerations
* Have shipped something with conversational AI in the last year
**Compensation**
$110,000 – $145,000 base salary.
