At Bespoke, we’re reshaping asset management through AI-native tools that
combine machine learning, market data, and smart automation. Our platform
powers a growing ecosystem of agents that deliver personalized insights and
decision support across investments, planning, and risk. We’re looking for a
senior engineers who want to join us in the trenches as we expand our
infrastructure and product capabilities.
**Responsibilities**
Agent & Workflow Engineering: Work with our product and research teams to
design, prototype, and refine agentic workflows—turning data and logic into
actions, signals, and insights.
Data Pipelines & Infrastructure: Support the ingestion and transformation of
structured and unstructured datasets (market, client, alternative). Help
optimize PostgreSQL queries, Python data pipelines, and cloud-based services.
Quality & Reliability: Write clean, testable code. Participate in code
reviews, debugging, and monitoring to ensure our systems remain secure,
compliant, and scalable.
Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with senior engineers, quants, and
product managers. Learn best practices in system design, cloud infrastructure,
and financial data integration while contributing real value from day one.
**Who You Are**
Technical Background: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field—or equivalent experience. Strong interest in building real-world systems
with modern web technologies.
Programming Skills: Comfortable with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Familiar with frameworks like React, Node.js, or Flask/Django. Exposure to SQL
databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
Eagerness to Learn: Excited to grow into areas like data pipelines,
distributed systems, and financial applications. Curiosity about both
engineering and the business side of wealth management.
Collaboration: Thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Communicate
clearly and can take ownership of projects while asking for help when needed.
Bonus Experience (Not Required): AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, REST APIs, data
visualization libraries, or prior exposure to fintech/financial data.
