### Responsibilities
* You will lead building Ataraxis medical affairs strategy and relationships with key opinion leaders.
* You will identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier KOLs and re-engage our existing network of leading oncologists.
* You will organize and lead advisory board meetings during and outside of conferences, generating valuable feedback on our products and clinical needs.
* Initially serve as the lead medical science liaison, delivering educational sessions and expert-led presentations at top academic medical centers and community clinics.
* Help build a world-class medical team, recruiting medical science liaisons and other roles within the department, and build strategy around territories, objectives, and key performance indicators within the department.
* Represent Ataraxis at major oncology conferences and strategic meetings.
### Qualifications
* MD and/or PhD.
* Extensive experience in medical oncology, preferably with a focus on breast cancer.
* Established relationships with leading oncologists, KOLs, and decision-makers in the oncology space (e.g., leaders of academic medical centers, PIs of clinical trials).
* Deep understanding of clinical trial design, oncology treatment paradigms, and clinical guidelines.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a priority of presenting to medical audiences.
