### About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help scale a production system at a
growing startup. This role spans product engineering, platform engineering,
and reliability (SRE). You’ll ship customer-facing features while
strengthening the systems that make delivery safe, observable, and repeatable.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who thrive in ambiguity and know how to

### What You’ll Do

**Product Engineering**

* Build and ship production features using Flutter/Dart (Bonus for familiarity with .Net and Mongo.)
* Own work from ambiguous requirements through production delivery
* Perform requirements refinement and technical scoping in partnership with product

**QA Automation**

* Introduce automated testing in a currently manual QA environment
* Design pragmatic test foundations using Playwright
* Partner with engineers to make code testable and resilient
* Engineering Leadership
* Multiply team effectiveness through mentoring, pairing, and code reviews
* Raise the bar through execution, not ceremony

### What We’re Looking For

* 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
* Experience in startup or high-growth product environments
* Strong Flutter/Dart experience
* Strong production debugging skills
* Ability to create clarity from incomplete or evolving requirements
* Ability to untangle bad code and balance hacky solutions against long-term sustainability
