Altss is redefining allocator intelligence in private markets. We detect fund
launches, mandate shifts, and investor intent weeks before they surface in
PitchBook or the press.
We’re building the OSINT infrastructure Palantir never applied to private
equity—and already serve Tier 1 VC, PE, and investment banking clients. Now we
need a senior engineer to build the entity fusion layer that powers our
intelligence stack.
🔧 Your Mission
You’ll own the design and buildout of Altss’ entity resolution
engine—responsible for turning raw, unstructured signals into precise, real-
world allocator profiles.
This is not a research role. It’s an execution-heavy, senior IC track with
product-level impact.
You’ll be expected to:
Architect an end-to-end entity resolution framework for investor identities
Fuse partial matches across fragmented inputs:
(Li ↔ EDGAR ↔ podcast guest ↔ press quote ↔ domain registration)
Build clustering models and heuristics to link similar bios, affiliations,
speech text
Apply advanced NER, deduplication, co-reference, and vector matching to
resolve people and funds
Create confidence scoring and disambiguation rules at scale
Train retrieval models for weak signal linking (RAG-style)
Own the allocator knowledge graph structure in collaboration with OSINT &
backend teams
🧰 What You Bring
Must-Have Experience:
5+ years working with NLP + data fusion systems at production scale
Built or owned entity resolution pipelines in a real-world system
Fluency in Python and libraries like spaCy, Transformers, Dedupe, FAISS, and
LangChain
Experience with embedding-based linking and clustering
Solid understanding of record linkage, fuzzy matching, and NER custom training
Familiarity with signal resolution from messy inputs (OSINT, threat intel,
etc.)
Bonus:
Experience in knowledge graph design
Previous work in Palantir, Recorded Future, Kaspersky, 8200, GReAT, or similar
Understanding of private markets: LPs, GPs, mandates, co-investment networks
Exposure to multilingual NER or cross-cultural name resolution
