**About the Role**
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection
of product thinking and technical execution.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping the architecture, scalability, and
product experience of the Aldoa platform. This is not a ticket-driven role —
we value engineers who think in systems, challenge assumptions, and translate
real customer workflows into thoughtful software.
You should bring strong technical judgment, a high bar for quality, and a bias
toward shipping.
**What You’ll Do**
* Design, build, and ship full-stack features across our web and mobile applications
* Make and influence architectural decisions that shape the long-term direction of the platform
* Partner closely with product and design to translate complex engineering workflows into intuitive user experiences
* Own features end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and iteration
* Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of our multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure
* Contribute to code reviews, technical standards, and engineering best practices
* Mentor other engineers and elevate the technical bar of the team
**What We’re Looking For**
* 5+ years of experience building and shipping production grade web applications
* Strong experience with full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript systems
* Experience designing and evolving application architecture in growing systems
* Demonstrated ownership of major features or product areas
* Clear and thoughtful communicator (written and verbal)
* Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, fast-moving environment
* Pragmatic and understanding when to build for scale and when to ship quickly
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience with multi-tenant SaaS systems
* Experience working with AWS infrastructure
* Experience in workflow-heavy or compliance-driven software domains
* Experience mentoring or leading projects
