Clinical AI tools in healthcare are broken. Practices use an AI scribe that
doesn't talk to their AI receptionist. A mental health companion that doesn't
know what happened in the last visit. A care coach that can't see the chart.
Every tool captures data and traps it. Clinicians end up with five tabs, five
logins, and zero clinical continuity.

We're building the opposite: four specialized agents on one shared brain.

What Voice learns, Scribe knows. What Mind tracks, Care responds to. That
connective tissue — the shared knowledge graph underneath — is what we're
really building. It's the moat.

**Traction**

* $1.8M projected ARR with first few customers signed and piloting
* $3.5M seed round looking for a lead investor and strategic angel investors
* Focused vertical: behavioral health and weight loss (high-volume, underserved, longitudinal care workflows)

**The technical problem**
This is a hard multi-agent orchestration challenge:

Agent coordination layer — four specialized LLMs that share context without
stepping on each other
Clinical knowledge graph — vector embeddings + structured EHR data +
longitudinal patient memory
FHIR/EHR integration — bidirectional sync with Epic, Athena, Cerner, plus the
long tail of practice management systems
Real-time clinical decision support — flagging crisis signals, drug
interactions, care gaps during live conversations
SOC 2 Type II + HIPAA compliance — from day one, not bolted on later

We're not building CRUD. We're building the AI infrastructure layer for
outpatient care.

**The role**

You'll own:

* Platform architecture — the multi-agent orchestration system, knowledge graph, and integration layer
* Founding engineering team — hire the first 3-5 engineers, set engineering culture
* Product technical roadmap — what we build, in what order, and why
* Compliance and security infrastructure — SOC 2, HIPAA, BAAs, the stuff that makes healthcare AI real

You'll work directly with the CEO (20+ years building sales orgs, deep
healthcare networks) and early clinical advisors (practicing psychiatrists and
addiction medicine specialists).

* You've built and shipped multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, or clinical AI products before
* You've been technical leader or founding engineer at a startup (not just at FAANG)
* You're comfortable writing code in year one — at seed stage, you are the engineering team
* You know healthcare is different: compliance isn't optional, clinical accuracy is life-or-death, and EHR integrations are hell

Backend: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis
AI/ML: OpenAI / Anthropic APIs, LangChain / LlamaIndex, vector DBs (Pinecot /
Weaviate / pgvector)
Integrations: FHIR APIs, HL7, Epic/Athena/Cerner connectors
Infrastructure: AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform
Compliance: SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, encrypted at rest + in transit
