Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Real Estate Agent to
join our team. The Leasing Real Estate Agent will specialize in assisting
clients with renting residential properties and already have a book of
business. This role involves marketing properties, coordinating with landlords
and tenants, conducting property tours, and negotiating lease agreements. The
ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a strong understanding of the
real estate market and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lots of cold calling and prospecting !
• Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule property
showings.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting features and answering client
questions.
• Screen potential tenants, including verifying references, income, and
background checks.
• Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants, ensuring mutually
beneficial agreements.
• Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with local laws and
regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing updates on
leasing activity and market trends.
• Stay informed about local rental market conditions, pricing trends, and
competitor activity.
• Assist with resolving tenant inquiries or issues during the leasing process.
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are lease-
ready.
Qualifications:
• Valid real estate license .
• Proven experience in real estate, leasing, or sales
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws, leasing regulations, and fair housing
standards.
• Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and properties
simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with digital marketing or social media promotion.
• Familiarity with property management processes.
• Bilingual abilities (a plus, depending on market needs).

Compensation:
• Competitive commission-based earnings
