metabolic conditions including insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and
obesity we help people to build sustainable, healthy habits while maximizing

leverages pharmacotherapy, nutrition therapy, health coaching, and connected

Accomplish Health is seeking a VP of Technology (Engineering & Product) to
lead our technology, product, engineering, and data platforms as we scale
partnerships with leading regional and national health systems.

This executive role is ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial technology leader
who thrives in fast-growing health-tech environments, understands the
complexity of regulated healthcare data, and is excited to build platforms
that directly improve patient outcomes and provider experience.

You will own the vision and execution of our digital product roadmap,
enterprise-grade data architecture, EMR/EHR integrations, and platform
scalability—working closely with clinical, operational, and commercial leaders
across the company.

What You’ll Do
Lead Technology & Engineering
Set and own the end-to-end technology strategy and architecture across
Accomplish360 and all supporting systems.
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering, data, and platform teams
(in-house and nearshore/offshore).
Ensure platform reliability, security, performance, and scalability as patient
volume and system integrations grow rapidly.
Establish modern engineering best practices including agile delivery, CI/CD,
QA, DevOps, and release management.
Own Product Vision & Execution
Lead product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and execution in partnership
with clinical, operations, sales, and partnerships teams.
Translate clinical and business needs into intuitive, high-impact digital
products that improve outcomes, efficiency, and patient experience.
Partner with clinicians and operators to optimize workflows, care pathways,
and provider experience within the platform.
Architect Data & Integrations (Core Focus)
Design and own Accomplish’s long-term data strategy, including data models,
pipelines, warehousing, governance, and interoperability.
Lead integrations with major EMRs/EHRs, health systems, labs, pharmacies,
payors, and external partners.
Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, security best practices, and healthcare
interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD, EDI, etc.).
Drive observability, data quality, and analytics readiness across the
platform.
Collaborate & Lead Externally
Partner closely with the Founder/CEO and executive team on company strategy,
OKRs, and technology-enabled growth.
Engage directly with enterprise customers and partners to define technical
requirements and integration pathways.
Serve as a senior technology leader and thought partner with investors,
partners, and vendors.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
10+ years of experience in engineering, product, or technology leadership
within high-growth technology or health-tech companies.
Deep expertise in data architecture, data engineering, and systems
integration—ideally in healthcare environments.
Proven ability to build and scale engineering and product teams in fast-moving
organizations.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or GCP), modern backend
frameworks, APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements,
including HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, CCD, and EDI.
Demonstrated product leadership with a track record of delivering high-quality
digital products that drive measurable outcomes.
Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
Nice to Have
Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau,
Power BI, dbt).
Direct experience integrating with or building EMRs/EHRs.
Startup or scale-up experience in virtual care, digital health, or population
health.
