Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead/VP of Product
to join our growing organization. You will integrate with the product team,
spearheading the daily engineering stand-up, and facilitate the delivery of
product features at Dome.

* +3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or other Product leadership role.
* Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
* Solid technical background, with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
* Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Bubble, Adalo, Webflow).
* Unlike a traditional Product Manager, you have an engineering/technical background, and you can dig into technical stories/problems to understand how things work to provide more context and detail to the engineers, reducing dependency on senior engineers over time.
* Familiarity with React/NextJS, APIs, Docker, Databases, DevOps, Cloud Services, and UI/UX.
* You love people and are a great leader and motivator.
* A personal commitment to quality and excellence in the job that you do.

* Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals.
* Manage the entire product lifecycles from ideation to launch and beyond.
* Collaborate closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to align product initiatives with business objectives.
* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of product features using no-code/low-code platforms.
* Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
* Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful product outcomes.
* Ensure all work is tracked in the backlog and accurately balanced across team members.
* Identify and remove obstacles to project success, alerting management to schedule/scope/quality risks and resource challenges.

**Bonus Experience:**

* Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
* Experience with infrastructure, data pipeline, test automation, and CI for backend and front-end applications.
* Proven experience running teams and releasing a variety of products in PaaS or SaaS, mobile, and Web.
