**The Challenge: Beyond "Scribes" and Dashboards**

**THE PROBLEM** HealthTech is currently saturated with "AI Scribes" and
passive dashboards. These tools are efficient at recording history, but they
are "biologically blind." They document data without actually changing the
future.

Most current models are static and probabilistic. They can tell you what
happened yesterday, or make a guess based on population averages, but they
cannot simulate the specific trajectory of an individual. They lack the
architectural depth to handle human biology for what it is: a complex,
dynamic, and high-dimensional system.

**THE MISSION** We are building the architectural layer to bridge this gap.
Our mission is to make Precision Health Programmable, Predictable, and
Scalable.

**THE ROLE** We are looking for a VP of AI to architect the "Brain" of this
system. You will move beyond simple RAG frameworks to build a dynamic "Digital
Twin" architecture—a computable model of a human health state that evolves
over time.

**WE DO NOT REQUIRE HEALTHCARE BACKGROUND.** In fact, we prefer if you don't
have it. We are not looking for someone to optimize legacy workflows or
integrations.

We are looking for a rigorous Technologist/Scientist who views the human body
as a massive optimization problem. If you have built high-frequency trading
models, complex physics simulations, recommendation engines at scale, or
autonomous control systems—you are the right fit.

**THE CHALLENGE**

* Architect the Digital Twin: Build a system that ingests multi-modal data (genomic, phenotypic, wearable, clinical) to create a high-fidelity simulation of an individual's biology.

* Solve High-Dimensional Forecasting: Develop models that can predict biological drift and health trajectories over time, identifying risks before they become symptomatic.

* Close the Learning Loop: Unlike purely digital platforms, we have proprietary access to "Ground Truth" outcome data. You will design the feedback mechanisms that allow the model to autonomously retrain based on real-world efficacy, not just user sentiment.

**WHO YOU ARE**

* Deep Learning Native: You have deep experience with Transformers, Vector Databases, and Agentic workflows, but you know that "Chat" is just the interface, not the product.

* Simulation Mindset: You are comfortable working with time-series data and state-space models.

* Product-Minded: You want to build a product that physically changes people's lives, not just optimizes click-through rates.

* Zero Dogma: You are willing to challenge how "healthcare is usually done" because you view it as a data inefficiency problem.

**WHY JOIN?** Most AI jobs are about making software slightly smarter. This

* Predictive Modeling:Forecast long-horizon trajectories using dynamical/time-series models (e.g., Neural ODEs, DeepAR) with uncertainty-aware evaluation and monitoring.
* Causal Inference & Counterfactuals: Estimate intervention effects and simulate “what-if” outcomes using causal methods and toolkits (e.g., DoWhy, CausalML) to support decision-making under confounding.
* Agentic Intelligence: Orchestrate autonomous decision workflows (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen) grounded in high-performance retrieval pipelines
* Product Engineering & Cloud Architecture: Build the production platform—transport layer, APIs, batch/streaming data pipelines, and scalable cloud infrastructure—plus end-user experiences that are fast, secure, and usable.

**The Experience We need a builder who has shipped at scale:**

* 7+ Years of Engineering Leadership: Hiring and managing high-performing teams (specifically managers/directors).
* Product Launch Experience: Managing full lifecycle from MVP definition to "Go-Live."
* "0-to-1" Execution: Taking complex technical platforms from concept to scalable production.
* Strong Taste in Architecture: can build an MVP that becomes the foundation, not a rewrite
