CaseWeaver AI is building a voice‑first AI platform to automate documentation
for social‑service case managers—reducing paperwork by 75% and freeing teams
to serve more clients.

We’re looking for:

A technical co‑founder with an M.S. in CS / NLP (or equivalent)

Deep experience fine‑tuning speech‑to‑text + language models (e.g.
HuggingFace, Kaldi, Whisper, etc.)

Proven track record building production‑grade Python/Node.js services

Comfortable remote + hybrid (able to travel to SF Bay Area ~10 days per
quarter)
