**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our engineering
team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and
maintaining large-scale distributed systems while providing technical
leadership across multiple teams

* Design and implement scalable, reliable distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies
* Lead technical architecture decisions and drive engineering excellence across teams
* Mentor and guide other engineers, promoting best practices and engineering standards
* Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical strategy
* Contribute to system design, code reviews, and technical documentation
**What we’re looking for:**
* 10+ years of professional software development experience
* Strong expertise in backend development using Go and Python
* Extensive experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
* Proven experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
* Deep understanding of event-driven architectures and message queuing systems
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
* Strong system design and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Experience with application security and secure coding practices
* Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and tools
* Frontend development experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
* Contributions to open-source projects
