**Mission**

**REQUIREMENTS**
* 5-8 years of software engineering experience (full-stack): TypeScript, React, Vue, and Node, with a strong backend focus.
* Own full implementation of DevSecOps and data infrastructure systems directly
* Experience building and maintaining beautiful user experiences (demonstrable portfolio)
* Attention to detail, especially around performance, accessibility, reliability, and security
**Nice-to-Haves**

* Experience with cybersecurity for government contracting requirements (NIST, FedRAMP)
* Exposure to healthcare IT standards (HITRUST)
* Hands-on with cloud infrastructure security (preferably AWS or GCP)
* Experience launching AI-driven products from prototype to production.
**Key Responsibilities**
* _Security Engineering_ : You will lead and maintain company-wide compliance & risk management, maintain evidence workflows and compliance automation tools and own internal audits and risk assessments.
* _DevOps & Infrastructure_: Contribute to DevOps and internal systems directly to set up and manage secure pipelines, including secure internal use of AI systems.
As our Staff Engineer you will be working directly with the product, design,
