### What we're looking for

We are in search of an exceptional Frontend Engineer ready to take charge of
our web application. The focus will be on JavaScript interfaces from UI
libraries to advanced 3D web applications.

As an early team member, you'll have direct exposure to our go-to-market
conversations and have an outsized impact on our roadmap, shaping the frontend
architecture and influencing the product's direction.

This role is based in Los Angeles or within a 3-hour direct flight. As a team,
we get together in person every 2 to 3 months.

### What you will do

Transform novel AI solutions for 3D animation into practical, user-friendly
tools for video game developers.

Create and maintain frontend web interfaces that incorporate 3D applications
using Three.js or comparable libraries.

Collaborate closely with AI/ML and backend engineers to integrate APIs and
platform technologies seamlessly.

Partner with Uthana Founders to deliver visually appealing, robust web
applications in response to customer needs.

Flex beyond job description and into all things technical at a startup.

### What you bring to the table

7+ years of development experience, including experience with JavaScript and
TypeScript.

Proficient in 3D math, especially linear algebra.

Expertise in 3D Graphics with WebGL, OpenGL, or similar, and experience in 3D
rendering engines like Three.js.

Skilled in integrating data with frontend applications, including REST APIs,
GraphQL, gRPC, and WebSockets.

Demonstrated ability to oversee the entire frontend stack, prioritizing
efficiency and quality in UI design and implementation.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a
related field, complemented by extensive experience in web application
development.

Bonus: Experience in game development or backend development with C++/Python,
knowledge in machine learning, computer vision, or neural networks, and/or
familiarity with video game animation.
