### The Role
We’re looking for a software engineer with a strong product mindset who enjoys
working across the stack. You’ll take ownership of projects that span many
different technologies, leveraging your expertise to create new features and
improve our AI-powered platform. We’re looking for someone who thrives on
solving tough technical problems, learns new technologies quickly, and
consistently delivers maintainable, high-quality code. If you join us, you’ll

### What You’ll Do
* Work across multiple stacks to build cutting-edge features and solutions that redefine how codebases are understood and maintained.
* Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and languages, driving innovative solutions for unique customer challenges.
* Design and build new systems and capabilities that push the boundaries of what’s possible with code comprehension, while seamlessly integrating into our core platform.
* Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to translate ambitious ideas into impactful, scalable products.
* Own the full development lifecycle—from initial planning and design to testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
* Shape the evolution of our engineering culture by championing innovative practices and mentoring others.
### What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of delivering impactful products.
* Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Typescript) and a willingness to quickly pick up others.
* The ability to write clean, maintainable code that balances speed and scalability.
* A passion for learning and the adaptability to dive into new frameworks, languages, and challenges as needed.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset.
**Nice-to-Haves:**
* Experience with Django
* Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
* Contributions to open-source projects
