**Position Overview**
We are seeking a visually stunning and highly strategic UI/UX Designer to join
our hybrid design and creative venture studio. This is a hands-on,
multidisciplinary role where pixel-perfect aesthetics meet user-centric
thinking. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of beauty and
utility, and is eager to grow into a Design Lead or Creative Director role as
Elixre expands.
This is a rare opportunity to design across products, brands, film, and
immersive storytelling—all within a startup ecosystem where design leads
everything.
**Key Responsibilities**
You’ll be responsible for driving world-class design across Elixre’s core
ventures, startup products, and client work:
**🌟 Product & UI/UXUI Design**
* Create elegant UI/UX designs for web and mobile apps using Figma or similar tools.
* Translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
* Partner with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
**🎨 Visual & Brand Design**
* Help define and evolve brand identities for internal ventures and select clients.
* Design logos, brand systems, visual assets, decks, and style guides with a refined and modern sensibility.
**🧠 User Experience & Research**
* Conduct user research, interviews, and journey mapping for better experience architecture.
* Create UX flows, information hierarchies, and design systems.
* Work closely with product managers to refine user journeys and engagement mechanics.
**📽 Creative Campaigns & Storytelling**
* Collaborate with the film and media team to design visuals for trailers, campaigns, and short-form content.
* Contribute to art direction and design explorations that push creative boundaries.
**Qualifications**
* 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, product, or visual design roles.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of stunning digital design work (UI, UX, brand, motion, etc.).
* Mastery of Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of prototyping tools a plus.
* Deep understanding of design systems, mobile-first layouts, and accessibility standards.
* Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills.
* Curiosity about design in adjacent fields—film, motion, editorial, or 3D design is a big plus.
* Bonus: Experience working in early-stage startups or creative studios.
