### Compensation Structure

### Initial 6-Month Phase (Stock Option Only)

### Overview

Niloom.ai seeks a Senior AI/ML Software Engineer to develop and deploy
advanced AI-powered applications for our AR/VR content creation platform. You
will focus on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented
Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI to empower users to create spatial computing
experiences without technical expertise.

### Responsibilities

* Develop scalable Python applications using Django and FastAPI

* Design RESTful APIs for robust data handling and external integrations

* Optimize LLM-based solutions (RAG, Agentic AI) for spatial computing workflows

* Implement generative AI models for 3D asset creation/manipulation

* Manage API-to-API communication in a microservices architecture

* Configure logging/monitoring with Splunk and conduct API testing via Postman

* Troubleshoot and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)

* Lead ML model development for AR/VR content generation

* Mentor junior engineers and establish AI development best practices

### Qualifications

* Master’s or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field

* 6+ years of Python development experience

* Expertise in Django, FastAPI, and RESTful API design

* Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI

* Proficiency in Splunk, Postman, YAML/JSON, and Jenkins

* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

* Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into production systems

### Additional Desired Qualifications

* Experience with AR/VR technologies or game development
* Knowledge of WebGL, Three.js, or graphics libraries

* Background in MLOps or automated ML pipelines

* Publications in ML conferences/journals
