**You 'll be a great fit if:**
* You have strong experience training large language models and can navigate the challenges of personalization at scale
* You're experienced with one or more of vLLM, Axolotl, TRL, or other very similar libraries
* You have deep experience with one or more of: Multinode Training, Reinforcement Learning, Test Time Compute, and/or Retrieval Augmented Generation
* You are comfortable both with cutting edge research and shipping high quality, robust code
