through a cloud-native managed service built on Apache Hudi. Onehouse enables
organizations to ingest data at scale with minute-level freshness, centrally
store it, and make available to any downstream query engine and use case (from
traditional analytics to real-time AI / ML).

The Community You Will Join
The Onehouse team is made up of passionate professionals tackling the deeply
technical challenges of building a 2-sided engineering product. You will work
alongside world-class marketing, product and engineering talent that have
created industry-wide impact several times over in the data space.
The Impact You Will Drive:
* Ensure that our Go-To-Market team is performing optimally. You’ll generate data-driven insights to drive our strategy, optimize our processes, and manage our GTM tech stack.
A Typical Day:
* GTM Strategy
* Analyze GTM data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations on campaign planning, sales coverage, customer segmentation, and future workforce/capacity forecasting
* Revenue Pipeline
* Define and analyze key sales and marketing metrics to inform our go-to-market strategy.
* Manage cross-functional analytics and reporting.
* Develop and define organizational KPIs and goals.
* Measure the ROI of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
* Process Efficiency
* Work closely with internal and GTM partners to optimize our sales process.
* Support the creation of sales quotas and manage sales compensation.
* Support regular cadence of prospecting and pipeline review meetings.
* Serve as a thought partner for sales leadership, with a focus on analytics and process to support the growth and scale of the sales organization.
* Identify inefficiencies and process bottlenecks, and implement solutions that drive continuous improvement in revenue operations.
* Tech Stack
* Implement and manage our GTM technology stack
* Stay aware of the latest trends in GTM technology and recommend new products to upgrade our tooling
What You Bring to the Table:
* An operational excellence focus on results and execution with a strategic mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and functions.
* 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a related field
* A passion for ensuring that decisions are balanced, thoughtful, and consider multiple angles, with a willingness to play the “devil’s advocate” where needed.
* A solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies
* Experience using or administering different business systems and integration (e.g., Hubspot, Cognism, Clay, Google Analytics, Firefly, Scarf, CommonRoom, Preset)
* Experience with Hubspot is a must-have.
* Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; effective multitasking skills are vital.
How We'll Take Care of You
-Competitive Compensation; the estimated base salary range for this role is $175,000-200,000

Pay Range Transparency
Onehouse is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Our job
titles may span more than one career level. The pay range(s) for this role is
listed above and represents the base salary range for non-commissionable roles
or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages
are dependent upon several factors that are unique to each candidate,
including but not limited to: job-related skills, depth of transferable
experience, relevant certifications and training, business needs, market
demands and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Onehouse
utilizes the full width of the range; the base pay range is subject to change
and may be modified in the future. The total compensation package for this
position will also include eligibility for equity options and the benefits
listed above.
