Job Description

**Responsibilities**

* Design, build, and scale backend systems and platform infrastructure
* Support real-time product experiences and distributed systems architecture
* Contribute to AI-assisted tooling, automation, and internal product systems
* Build analytics, reporting, and data infrastructure
* Improve platform reliability, observability, security, and performance
* Collaborate on long-term technical architecture and scalability initiatives
* Work closely with product, design, and leadership teams to support rapid iteration and product evolution **Qualifications**
* Strong full-stack engineering background with backend and infrastructure experience
* Experience building or scaling consumer-facing, social, marketplace, or community-driven products
* Strong understanding of scalable systems, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
* Comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-changing startup environments
* Strong ownership mentality with excellent execution and problem-solving skills
* Ability to balance speed, scalability, maintainability, and product quality
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills **Compensation & Benefits**
* Competitive base salary anticipated in the range of $160,000 – $240,000 USD depending on experience and scope
