_Role Overview_
We are seeking a Senior Front Engineer to spearhead the development of our
core application. You will take ownership of our Progressive Web App, which
serves as the main Unlisted website and web app. The PWA is also the heart of
our native apps. You will join a talented team from our dev shop, working
collaboratively to transform our frontend vision into reality while ensuring a
seamless, engaging, and reliable experience for our users. This position
offers the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment that values

_The Stack_
Vite + React, Radix UI, Framer Motion, Tailwind CSS
_Back End_
This app integrates with our existing Rails 7 back end and API.
_What You 'll Do_
● Develop and iterate our main Unlisted app, ensuring that it remains modern,
fast, and scalable.
● Ensure a seamless web experience that performs well across different
devices.
● Collaborate closely with our dev shop to direct front end tasks, code
reviews, and delivery schedules.
● Work with back end teams to integrate APIs effectively, ensuring a smooth
connection between the front end and back end.
● Create intuitive, accessible user interfaces that bring the lead designer's
vision to life and align with our UX/UI standards.
● Establish testing strategies for the front end codebase, improving
reliability and performance.
_What We 're Looking For_
● 5+ years of experience in front end engineering, with a focus on building
complex web applications.
● Proficiency with React, Redux, and modern JavaScript and styling libraries
such as Tailwind CSS.
● Experience with PWA technologies and a solid understanding of service
workers and offline capabilities.
● Hands-on experience integrating front end applications with back end APIs.
● Strong understanding of performance optimization for single-page
applications.
● Working knowledge of AI concepts and how they can be applied to front end
development.
● Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and be self motivated, taking
ownership of projects from conception through deployment.
● Proven UI design skills with a strong grasp of core UX principles,
demonstrated through thoughtful project planning and user-centered workflows.
● Experience collaborating with designers to bring Figma prototypes to life as
polished, tested product features.
