We're now looking for a Research Engineer Consultant with real-world expertise
in Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) to support our R&D effort. If you're
passionate about pushing the boundaries of cryptography, privacy-preserving
compute, and real-time systems, we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**

* Design, prototype, and optimize FHE-based components for real-time telemetry, matchmaking, anti-cheat, and analytics in cloud gaming backends.
* Develop edge-compatible encrypted compute models for our CDN layer to enable privacy-preserving delivery and real-time inference.
* Collaborate with infrastructure, AI, and networking teams to integrate FHE pipelines into live systems with performance constraints.
* Evaluate emerging FHE libraries, hardware acceleration platforms, and hybrid cryptographic techniques.
* Contribute to patents, white papers, and internal tools that push the privacy-tech frontier.

**What We’re Looking For**

* Strong foundation in applied cryptography with hands-on experience or work on network security solutions
* Experience with real-time systems, high-performance computing, or low-latency network infrastructure
* Ability to bridge theory and production — you write proof-of-concepts and know how to make them fast
* Background in computer science, mathematics, or electrical engineering (MS or PhD preferred)
* Bonus: Experience with post-quantum or other novel encryption schemes to support our strategic encryption R&D efforts.
