Job Description

We are currently supporting a well-funded and established Web3 infrastructure
company building a next generation blockchain-powered gaming, betting, and
prediction platform enhanced by AI-driven
experiences. The platform brings together blockchain infrastructure, digital
asset ownership, prediction markets, and interactive gaming experiences into
one scalable ecosystem designed for a global Web3 audience. As the product
continues to expand, the team is looking for a Product Lead who can help
define product direction, drive execution across teams, and ensure new
features are delivered with strong alignment between user needs, business
priorities, and engineering timelines. This opportunity is ideal for someone
who enjoys owning product strategy while working closely with engineering,
design, and leadership teams in a collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate brings 9+ years of overall professional experience,
including experience leading
product initiatives or cross-functional delivery, along with some familiarity
with blockchain or Web3 products.

Responsibilities

*  Lead product planning and execution across core platform initiatives
*  Define product priorities and maintain roadmap visibility across teams
*  Work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to align business goals with product delivery
*  Translate high-level ideas into clear product requirements and actionable priorities
*  Coordinate product timelines, milestones, and feature releases across multiple workstreams
*  Gather and evaluate user feedback, product metrics, and internal stakeholder input
*  Support feature definition across gaming, prediction, and Web3 platform experiences
*  Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical dependencies and delivery scope
*  Use tools such as GitHub, Jira, Notion, or similar platforms to manage product planning and
* workflow tracking
*  Help improve product processes and establish scalable ways of working across teams

Requirements

*  9+ years of overall professional experience across product, operations, delivery, or software-focused
* environments
*  Previous experience as a Product Lead, Senior Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
*  Strong experience leading cross-functional product initiatives from planning through launch
*  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*  Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams
*  Familiarity with GitHub and modern product delivery workflows
*  General understanding of software product development and release cycles
*  Some previous exposure to blockchain / Web3 products or digital asset ecosystems preferred
*  Experience with gaming, fintech, marketplaces, or prediction-based products is a plus
*  Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in evolving environments
