* Position: Partner at Investment and venture building firm

* Location: Remote
* Stage of the company: The firm is regulated and registered in Switzerland with portfolio of liquid assets (equity & crypto), as well as majority ownership in several early stage tech companies.
* Compensation: Compensation will be first in the form of performance-based incentives until demonstrated performance prior to additional salary compensation.

* Investment/ co-investment done by partners is preferred but not mandatory: The Founding Partner takes care of majority of operational expenses.

* _POSITION OVERVIEW: *_

As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the
company and be able to take direct ownership in early high-growth ventures.

* _KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *_

Community Engagement:

* Build and nurture relationships within the investment, startup ecosystems, as well as creators and key opinion leaders. (specific focus on web3 but not limited to).

* Organize and participate in networking events, webinars, and interviews.
* Develop content and initiatives to build an audience and engage our community.

Consulting Services:

* Provide expert consulting services to tech startups in areas such as capital raising, business planning, and strategic development.
* Develop tailored strategies to help startups achieve their growth objectives.
* Work closely with startup teams to implement best practices and drive success.

Investment Activities:

* Identify and evaluate potential investments.
* Conduct due diligence and market research to support investment decisions.
* Work closely with portfolio companies to ensure their success and growth.
* Participate in the decision-making process for all investment activities.

* _REQUIREMENTS - Ideal Candidate: *_

* Extensive network within the investment community, including Fund of Funds, Hedge Fund Managers, quant trading firms, VCs, private investors, family offices, angel investors, and startup founders.
* “” And/ or extensive network within the creator economy or among key opinion leaders with a particular focus on web3 (but not limited to).

* Proven professional background in capital raising, business consulting, and strategic advisory.
* Experience working with a hedge fund, venture capital firms, investment firms, private equity, or similar financial institutions.
* Deep understanding of the tech industry, the influencer space, and startup ecosystem.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing companies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation will be in the form of equity in deals participated and
performance-based incentives until demonstrated performance prior to
additional salary compensation.
