crypto, science, and enterprise. Our mission is to empower communities,
organizations, and countries to co-own AI systems, starting with decentralized

We co-founded [Olas DAO](http://olas.network/) for co-owning AI, created the
[Olas Stack](https://olas.network/stack), an open-source framework for
creating AI agents and the [Olas Protocol](https://olas.network/protocol), a
blockchain protocol for incentivizing their creation.

Valory is the VC-backed team of engineers, researchers and commercial
executors that raised a successful [Seed

for-crypto-users-and-daos) and executed a [successful public token

### The Role

You’re an ambitious, curious person who wants to make an impact. You have a
minimum of 4 years’ experience in multiple coding languages (2 or more of
Python, Golang, Rust or another other compiled or scripting language) and
enjoy approaching new challenges in a structured way to ship solutions quickly
and efficiently.

### Main Duties

* Rapidly learn and contribute to infrastructure, agent services and/or frameworks in Python, Goland and/or Rust, adding, maintaining and improving infrastructure and related code to remain efficient, effective and easily maintainable.
* Write comprehensive tests to ensure code meets predefined requirements. Identify issues in the code and debug them to improve the code’s functionality.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to deliver improvements to Valory’s products.
* Document your work thoroughly, including experiments, and results, reporting proactively on your findings.
* Provide feedback, including code reviews, seek and learn from others’ feedback, and support fellow team members (particularly junior ones) to foster a collaborative work environment.
* Deliver to internal and external customers: you ensure you have implemented, coordinated, and communicated changes/fixes and checked that the customer is satisfied before considering a task done.
* Stay up to date with crypto and AI trends.

* A minimum of 4 years experience in writing multiple programming languages on a daily basis, with a requirement of at least fluency in two of: Golang, Python, and Rust (or another compiled or scripting language).
* Experience in software architecture and design, with strong familiarity with best practices in chosen language (e.g. linting, auto-formatting, static analysis, etc.) and testing (unit, integration, end to end), plus asynchronous programming and networking programming.
* Proven willingness to acquire new programming skills and concepts
* Experience of working in a team in a collaborative manner.
* Interest in web3 and AI, particularly autonomous agents.
* Strong preference for time zone between UTC -2 to UTC +6.
* Bonus: Strong understanding of Python libraries (Django, Flask).
* Bonus: Open-source and/or web3 contributions.
