We’re looking for a sharp, solutions-oriented Technical Implementation
Engineer to lead the deployment and integration of our platform for new
customers. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering and customer
success—owning implementations end-to-end, solving technical challenges,
working directly with customer teams, and ensuring a seamless onboarding
experience.
**Responsibilities:**
* Act as the primary point of contact for new customer onboarding
* Own the technical implementation process from kickoff to go-live
* Deploy, configure, and customize our software in customer environments
* Integrate our platform with external systems via APIs, SFTP, webhooks, etc.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during onboarding
* Translate customer requirements into scalable configuration and workflows
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve implementation tooling
* Create clear documentation and training materials for customers and internal use
**Requirements:**
* 8+ years of experience in a technical implementation, solutions engineering, or DevOps-like role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
* Confident leading customer calls, managing expectations, and building trust with clients
* Strong scripting or programming skills (e.g., Node.js, postgreSQL)
* Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and SaaS platforms
* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS), containerization (e.g. Docker), and tooling (e.g. Github, Postman, Datadog)
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
**Nice to Have:**
* Prior experience in supply chain, ERP systems, or EDI integrations.
* Familiarity with middleware or iPaaS tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Mulesoft).
* Experience with data transformation languages (e.g., JSONata, JQ, XSLT).
