🏗 **About Novaterra**
Novaterra is a Swiss-based startup building a new way to invest in real
estate. Our platform lets users invest early in real estate projects and
reserve discounted homes in new developments.

We're launching an innovative real estate crowdfunding platform from the
ground up. You’ll be part of a lean and ambitious founding team shaping the
product and the tech behind it.

🔧 **The Role**
We’re looking for a senior full stack developer who can take ownership of the
technical side of the platform — both coding and architecture. You’ll work
closely with the founder and lead a junior full stack dev (already on board).

This is a strategic part-time role — ideal for someone who enjoys building
MVPs that are clean, scalable, and meaningful.

🔨** What You’ll Do**
Design the architecture of the platform (frontend, backend, database,
security, scalability)
Develop key components using React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Azure
Guide and support a junior developer
Define technical milestones and help shape the roadmap
Ensure stability, performance, and deployment best practices
Collaborate directly with the founder and act as technical lead

✅ **You Are...**
A senior full stack developer (+7 years experience)
Skilled in React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Azure
Experienced with system design and architecture
Comfortable working independently and mentoring others
Startup-savvy, pragmatic, and collaborative
Fluent in English (written & spoken)

🕒 Engagement
~80 hours/month (flexible part-time)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6–12 months, extendable
