We’re looking for a Lead Engineer to join our founding team at this pivotal
early stage. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the
technical foundation, guide the product roadmap, and grow into a CTO-level
leadership position as we scale.

**What You 'll Do**
* Own and evolve the core architecture of the platform for scale, security, and speed
* Implement advanced user management, permissioning, and service tiering
* Collaborate on integrating AI systems into product workflows
* Drive early decisions on system design, data structure, and scalability
* Ship fast, test thoroughly, and iterate based on feedback
* Work closely with the founder and team to align product, customer, and tech vision
**What We’re Looking For**
* Proven experience building and scaling backend systems and APIs
* Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS) and modern DevOps practices
* Hands-on experience building or integrating AI applications using LLMs, including real-time or multi-turn interaction flows
* Ability to translate product goals into pragmatic technical solutions
* Experience designing systems for multi-tenant SaaS platforms
* A self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
* Prior startup experience is a strong plus
**Bonus Points**
* Experience migrating from rapid prototyping tools
* Exposure to modern AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools
* Frontend skills (React, Flutter, or similar) to support full-stack delivery
* Past work with analytics dashboards, voice/video integrations, or SaaS
