As an Investment Partner, you will collaborate with Initio Capital’s network
of investors, deal originators, and fund managers to support capital
deployment, structuring, and strategic growth initiatives. This role is

Responsibilities:
Work alongside Initio Capital clients on fund structuring, capital raising,
and investment strategy
Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and structuring investment opportunities
across various asset classes
Build and maintain relationships with investors, institutional partners, and
fund managers
Gain exposure to fund administration, compliance, and investor relations
processes
Develop expertise in fundraising and capital allocation, with potential to
structure your own fund in the future
Qualifications:
Background in investment management, private equity, venture capital, real
estate, or finance
Strong analytical skills and ability to assess investment opportunities
Existing network of industry contacts or investors preferred
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
