Job Description

The mission for our High Ticket Closer:

To drive $1.8M new business revenue annually by closing inbound generated
calls.

* $150,000 in NEW business revenue monthly.
* 15 units of our front-end product offer at a $9.8k price point
* Take 6-8 inbound calls per day, 5 days per week. Approx 25-30 per week.
* Have 30 available 45-minute calendar slots available per week
* 25% minimum “live call” closing ratio
* Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.
* Morning Huddles, Mon-Fri
* End of Day report
* Update your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM

* Front-End Units - 10%-17.5% commission
* Base TBD
* Paid upon CASH collected
* Right now $9,800 per unit
* Bonuses: $500 per $50k generated given you hit a 40% upfront cash collected + monthly team bonuses

**Training & Development**

* Weekly 1:1 calls with a sales coach
* Weekly group coaching calls with a sales coach
* Training Library

6 Calls per day / 30 wk / 120 month
70% Show Rate = 70 live calls/month
@ 30% close ratio = 21 closes
@ 9800 = 980 commission per unit = 20.5k/m in just commissions (+ bonuses)

* This is a full-time, 30-40 hours/wk position
* You will have the freedom to make your own schedule, with enough calendar space to hit 15+ units sold per month
* Be available to communicate through Slack
* This position is remote, so you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere
