**What You’ll Do**
As our **Head of Sales** , you’ll be leading our sales efforts for our AI
Facial Analysis product. This role is all about building and developing an
inside sales team that takes leads from the field, closes them, and then works
with our customer success team to ensure they achieve success with our
products. You will also be responsible for overseeing and leading our
independent reps and distributors in the field, ensuring they deliver the
right messaging and are properly incentivized and managed.
* **Qualify leads** by assessing incoming inquiries and determining their fit for our solution using proven sales frameworks.
* **Educate and engage** clients by conducting compelling product demos that highlight the value and capabilities of our cutting-edge AI technology.
* **Build strong customer relationships** through consistent follow-ups and effective communication via calls, emails, and video conferences.
* **Collaborate** with marketing and product teams to share insights about client feedback and contribute to the refinement of our product and campaigns.
* **Manage the sales pipeline** by using CRM tools to track prospects, monitor progress, and forecast sales performance.
* **Oversee independent reps and distributors** by ensuring they are introducing our products with the right messaging, providing training and support as needed, and maintaining alignment with overall sales goals.
* **Develop incentive plans** for independent reps and distributors to drive performance and maintain motivation.
* **Monitor and manage** field performance to ensure alignment with company objectives and adjust strategies as needed.
* **Close deals** by negotiating contracts, addressing objections, and ensuring a seamless transition to the customer success team for onboarding.
* **Drive sales growth** by meeting and exceeding monthly targets, while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
**What We’re Looking For**
We’re seeking someone with grit, creativity, and a deep understanding of early
stage SaaS sales.
* **Proven experience in inside sales** within the healthcare or SaaS industry (aesthetics industry experience is a plus).
* **Experience managing field reps and distributors** with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
* **Strong communication skills** – you’re great on the phone, in emails, and you can sell without sounding like a robot.
