Job Description

**Head of Product & Go-to-Market — SCARCE Labs**

_Define how the world 's most sophisticated capital actually uses tokenized
real-world assets._

**About SCARCE**

SCARCE Labs is building the agentic intelligence and tokenization
infrastructure that family offices and institutional allocators have been
waiting for — applied first to the only asset class that has never had
institutional liquidity infrastructure: ultra-luxury single-family
residential.

Two pillars in lockstep:
**SCARCE Master Tokenization Platform** — the security-token rails (ERC-3643 /
ERC-1400), built for programmatic series issuance, regulated transfer agency,
and on-chain audit. Every series structured for Reg D 506(c) and Reg S
distribution out of the gate.
**SCARCE Orchestra** — the agentic intelligence layer. The first AI platform
designed for how family offices and institutional allocators actually want to
manage tokenized RWA portfolios: scarcity indexing, yield optimization,
portfolio rebalancing, compliance gating, and investor communication, all
coordinated by a conductor agent atop a specialized agent swarm.

Our launch counterparty is **Palisades Legacy I LP** , a $50M Delaware fund
underwriting a 25-parcel post-dislocation pipeline in Pacific Palisades —
every completed asset fractionalized at origination via SCARCE token series,
unlocking liquidity the asset class has never had.

We are pre-seed (target: $5M token-primary at $50M FDV) and assembling a
senior team across CTO, CIO, CAO, Head of Tokenomics, Head of Platform
Engineering, Chief of Staff, and General Counsel — sourced from Microsoft,
MakerDAO, Compound, MIT, UCLA, and proven fintech/Web3 operating chapters.

The category does not yet exist. There is no incumbent. The audience knows
what it wants and is not being served. That is the opportunity.

**About the Role**

We are hiring our first **Head of Product & Go-to-Market** — the operator who
will define how SCARCE shows up to the family-office and institutional-
allocator channel from day one.

You will be the third or fourth voice in the room when allocators, wealth
platforms, and seed-stage VCs ask the question that decides everything: " _who
actually buys this?_ "

You don't have to know that answer perfectly on day one. You have to be the
kind of operator who already knows how to find it.

**What you 'll lead**

**Product strategy** for the Master Tokenization Platform and SCARCE Orchestra
— explicit ownership of how Orchestra's family-office UX maps to how single-
family offices, multi-family offices, RIAs serving UHNW, and institutional LPs
actually evaluate, allocate, and monitor private-market positions.
**GTM architecture** for SCARCE's first 25 wealth-platform partnerships and 10
strategic family-office relationships — the channel that, if we get it right,
makes SCARCE the default infrastructure layer for tokenized luxury RWA.
**Pricing and packaging** for SCARCE token series, platform licensing fees,
and Orchestra premium tiers. The commercial model is yours to own.
**Customer development** with first-tier wealth platforms, single- and multi-
family offices, and RIAs. You will sit in their offices and learn what they
actually need, not what we hope they need.
**Public-face representation** alongside the founder in seed-stage VC
conversations, partner discussions, and conference appearances. You are the
operator voice on product and channel when it matters.

**Who you are**

**8 to 12+ years** in product leadership at fintech, capital markets
infrastructure, wealth tech, or financial-services SaaS — ideally with a
chapter that directly touched family offices, RIAs, or institutional
allocators.

You have **launched at least one product into the wealth or institutional
capital channel** and lived to tell about it. You've sat in those rooms. You
know what allocators ask before they commit.

Comfort with — or ability to ramp quickly on — **tokenization, RWA, security
tokens, SAFT structures** , or adjacent capital-markets primitives. We are not
asking you to be a regulatory lawyer. We are asking you to be the kind of
operator who has shipped products complex enough that picking up the
vocabulary in 90 days is something you've done before.

**Maverick streak**. You have left a known role at least once to build
something category-defining. The bet paid off — or it didn't — and you're
sharper for it. We are not hiring a category participant.

Genuine clarity on the difference between _" product built for builders"_ and
_" product built for allocators."_ If you have spent your career on the
former, this role may not be the right fit. Most builder-focused product
leaders, however excellent, do not have the muscle for what we're doing.

**Nice to have**
Direct prior experience with SAFT, Reg D 506(c), Reg S, ATS infrastructure, or
private-placement frameworks.
Personal network across single or multi-family offices, allocators, or wealth
platforms.
Seed-to-Series-B operator experience at one or more high-velocity startups.
LA, NYC, SF, or Miami base, or willingness to travel monthly for leadership
weeks.

**Compensation**
Base: $245,000 – $275,000.
Equity: 2.0% – 3.5% of fully-diluted SCARCE Labs, Inc. common stock, granted
as ISOs at FMV per the most recent 409A. Four-year vesting, one-year cliff.
Double-trigger acceleration on Change of Control with involuntary termination
without cause. Health, dental, vision; 401(k) at first close.

We are explicit about this: cash compensation is calibrated **slightly below
the top of market** for the role. **Equity is the leverage**. We are not
competing on cash. We are competing on what the equity is worth three to seven
years out if the category is created and we execute the way the architecture
allows.

If that frame is the wrong frame for where you are in your career and life, we
understand and we wish you well. If it is the right frame, the maverick equity
play here is structurally larger than what comparable roles offer at this
stage.

**Logistics**

**Start** : As soon as possible following SCARCE Labs, Inc. seed first close
(target: Q3 2026).
**Working model** : Remote-first; US time zones preferred. Senior team is
distributed across LA, SF, Miami, and East Coast. We will figure out the right
convergence cadence together.

**To apply**
Send a note plus a **one-page reflection** on the question framed in this
post: _" who actually buys this — and how do you know?"_

We read every application. The strongest applications will lead with that
operator-specific question, not the generic "I'm passionate about Web3"
framing. We're hiring for clarity of thinking, not enthusiasm.
