We are looking for a Head of Investments & Capital raise to lead the strategy,
execution, and management of both investment activities and capital raising
efforts, ensuring the organization's financial goals are met through effective
portfolio management and successful fundraising campaigns. This role will
report directly to the CEO.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Capital Raising: Secure equity commitments from investors.
* Act as the primary point of contact for investors, managing relationships and providing updates on existing investments.
* Strategic Growth: Work towards setting up a fund alongside existing deal-by-deal investments.
* Align fundraising strategies and explore additional investment opportunities.
* Market Expansion: Develop and maintain relationships with investors in key markets.
* Analyze company financial statements and reports and modify the investment strategy based on the data.
* Manage investment activity to maintain liquidity and an organization's ability to support its operations.
