**The Opportunity:**

We’re seeking a visionary Head of Growth—a true superstar who brings both
strategic insight and hands-on expertise. You’ll own and drive Piere’s growth
engine, working across partnerships, community building, and product-led
growth to accelerate our user base and deepen engagement. This is a high-
impact role for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment, combines
data-driven decision-making with creativity, and knows how to build and scale
growth strategies that create lasting value.

**Job Description:**

As our Head of Growth, you’ll spearhead initiatives to grow and engage Piere’s
user community. You’ll develop innovative acquisition strategies, foster high-
impact partnerships, and lead data-driven experiments. If you have a track
record of scaling user bases in the fintech space, a knack for building and
nurturing communities, and a passion for transformative growth, we want to
meet you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Strategic Partnerships & User Acquisition:** Own Piere’s partnership strategy and execution. Identify and secure high-impact collaborations with organizations that align with our mission, creating new acquisition channels and amplifying our reach.
* **Community Building & Management:** Cultivate and expand a thriving user community, fostering a space where users feel valued, engaged, and connected to Piere’s mission. Lead initiatives to deepen community engagement, capture feedback, and turn users into advocates.
* **Product-Led Growth:** Leverage Piere’s product capabilities to drive organic growth from within. Design features and experiences that encourage user engagement, referrals, and retention. Create seamless, delightful touchpoints that reduce churn and reinforce Piere’s value at every stage of the user journey.
* **Data-Driven Experimentation & Growth Loops:** Constantly test and optimize—design growth experiments that validate and scale the most effective acquisition and engagement strategies. Drive iterative learning and continuous improvement, building sustainable growth loops and channels that deliver consistent results.
* **Growth Analytics & KPI Reporting:** Set, track, and report on growth KPIs. Build intuitive dashboards and metrics that measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.

**Qualifications:**

* **Growth Expertise in Fintech:** Proven experience leading growth, community, or partnerships within consumer fintech, ideally at a high-growth company such as Robinhood, Acorns, Chime, CashApp, etc. You know the industry, the users, and what drives growth in this space.
* **Strategic and Hands-On:** You’re a strategic thinker who doesn’t hesitate to dive in and execute. You understand the big picture and have a bias toward action.
* **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into insights and use those insights to refine strategies. Experience with growth analytics tools and a comfort level in metrics-based environments.
* **Community-Centric Mindset:** You know how to build and manage engaged communities and have a natural empathy for users. You bring ideas for how to create spaces where people connect, learn, and advocate for Piere.
* **Relationship Builder:** Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of establishing and nurturing partnerships that drive real results.
* **Innovative and Resourceful:** You’re creative, adaptive, and proactive—skilled at finding new ways to solve challenges, tap into untapped channels, and leverage limited resources to maximize impact.
