Job Description

Tech-enabled litigation funder that uses AI to transform the archaic legal
asset industry. Already deployed $40M across thousands of claims and are
scaling rapidly.

As first engineering hire, you'll own the entire technical stack, building
from scratch. You'll work directly with the founders, owning the architecture,
choice of stack, shaping the team, and shipping code that runs in production
for real customers. This role has a direct path to CTO.

$200k-$275k base salary plus 0.5%-2.0% equity (flexible for the right person).
Work in-person in NYC or LA, or remote with quarterly travel for team
kickoffs.

meritorious legal claims in partnership with some of the nation's top law
firms.

**Job:**
The Head of Engineering will be responsible for building all aspects of the
product.
