**About Email Magnet**
Email Magnet is a managed pop-up solution for eCommerce brands and agencies,
providing fully optimized, A/B-tested pop-ups that maximize email & SMS opt-
ins.
We’re scaling fast and need a GTM Lead to drive customer acquisition,
partnerships,
and growth.

**Role Overview**
We’re looking for a hands-on GTM strategist to execute a multi-channel
acquisition
strategy that delivers immediate paying customers. You’ll own outbound sales,
partnerships, influencer marketing, and paid media, ensuring rapid growth and
market penetration.

**Key Responsibilities**
β€’ GTM Execution – Identify & scale high-ROI acquisition channels (outbound,
partnerships, paid media, influencers).
β€’ Agency & Partner Growth – Onboard agencies & tech partners to push Email
Magnet as their preferred solution.
β€’ Outbound Sales – Run & optimize cold outreach (email, LinkedIn,
partnerships) to drive DTC & agency sign-ups.
β€’ Paid Acquisition & Demand Gen – Test & launch Shopify Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
campaigns for consistent lead flow.
β€’ Positioning & Content – Refine sales scripts, landing pages & case studies
to
increase conversions.

**Who You Are**
β€’ 5+ years in GTM, Growth, Partnerships, or Sales (preferably
SaaS/eCommerce).
β€’ Sales-driven – comfortable with outbound, partnerships & high-touch
customer engagement.
β€’ Tactical & strategic – can execute hands-on while refining high-level growth
strategy.
β€’ Tech-savvy – familiar with outreach automation (Clay, StoreLeads, Dripify,
Lemlist), paid ads & CRM tools.
β€’ Data-driven – tracks performance, tests, and optimizes for revenue impact.
