Bitgreen is a 4-year-old, profitable, high-growth company focused on building
socially meaningful technology with real-world impact. We are currently
seeking a Fullstack Developer to work directly on the **SunSaver Solar**
project, a residential solar platform that combines cutting-edge tech with
sustainable energy solutions.

giving you a stake in our future success.

**What You’ll Do**

* Lead and develop features on the SunSaver platform.
* Collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO on product strategy and execution.
* Operate autonomously on projects with ownership of your code and outcomes.
* Engage daily with the team via Slack, including check-ins and project updates.
* Contribute to long-term architecture and scalability planning for a high-growth product.

**Must-Have Skills**

* Entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience.
* Strong proficiency in React, Java, Javascript, Typescript, Tailwind, Prisma
* Strong AI competency in tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw and agents
* Ability to work independently as a project lead.
* Fluent English communication skills.
* Hunger to build a product with enormous potential and social impact.
* Daily availability for collaboration and updates.
